CycleRest was founded with a single goal: to make the science of circadian rhythms and 90-minute sleep cycles accessible to everyone. In a world where "hustle culture" often leads to burnout, we provide the tools to help you rest smarter, not just longer.

The Methodology
Our calculations are based on standard clinical research regarding the human sleep architecture. On average, a healthy adult moves through five to six 90-minute cycles per night.
- Cycle Tracking: We factor in the 14–15 minute "sleep latency" period (the time it takes to fall asleep).
- Debt Analysis: Our algorithms use a cumulative approach to identify "Sleep Debt," a critical metric for long-term cognitive health.
- Privacy First: Your sleep data is your business. All calculations are performed locally in your browser; we never store or sell your personal habits.
